Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email info@deogratiasco.com or call 1-888-962-9322. We will reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.
Items that cannot be returned
- Free digital downloads (coloring pages and other downloadable files)
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery, for example books with writing or obvious wear
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it as described above and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will email you once we receive and inspect your return, and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
