Free coloring pages and other downloads are delivered digitally and are not shipped.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change an address once the order has shipped.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your package has not arrived 7 days after it shipped, or it arrives damaged, contact us and we will help, including working with the carrier. See our Refund Policy for damaged items.
